Today Room 6 did a Haiku who am I poems Haiku is a traditional Japaneses poem. In the start and end of your poem you need to five syllables and in the middle you need seven syllable for example here is my poem:
I only eat meat
My skin is the colour black
my eyes are yellow

During my fantastic holiday I went to a buffet. It is located in Sky city. The unique thing about this buffet is that you only need to pay once and you can eat all you want including, sodas, desert, meals and many more. You can go there from lunch to dinner. It’s the best restaurant in the world! It is so big they placed elevators to get up and down, because it is only part of sky city. When we got out of the buffet it was raining and we were right next to the sky tower. We saw it change colours close up, then we went home.
Auckland Museum trip
On Tuesday 24 May we went to the Auckland museum for a school trip. We saw many things in the museum but not all of it.Only the fives and sixes got to go on the trip. The way we got to the museum was by bus. When we arrived we first studied Maori culture. The Maori culture had amazing things to look at, like their weapons that they used like spears and many more and how they built and how they got their food. Of course I couldn’t see all the little details. It was too hard to see but the part I could see was amazing! Then after that we went outside to eat our lunch for lunch there was a chicken rap with cucumbers and a yogurt I ate a after we finished eating we rolled down the mountain and played rugby the people who wanted to stay back and play on the field could but the people who wanted to go back into the museum could but we had to wait to get a teacher, parent or caregiver. Then we went inside the volcano room and it looked amazing. We went inside this room with a tv, the tv started talking about the news then a volcano blew up and became active and the room shook and shaken it was the best experience I ever had.
My favourite part was the volcano room.
on Thursday 12 of may 2022 we played softball. The equipment of softball is:
a bat, a ball and a ball stand I learnt when you play softball you have to be careful because you can get hurt
I really enjoyed playing Softball.
