Task Description: for this summer learning journey task we looked at the African marine 5. It consist of these 5 animals:
Great white shark, Southern right whale, Bottlenose dolphin, cape fur seal and the African penguin. For the main task we needed to create a mosaic piece of art consisting with one of the African marine 5 animals. For my choice I picked the great white shark chasing a small clown fish.
Task Description: For this SLJ (summer learning journey) activity we needed to create a poster about one of the most dangerous sea creatures. For mine I made a poster about a box jellyfish, this sea creature is really poisonous so I warned people not to approach it.
Task Description: for this SLJ (Summer, learning journey) activity we needed to create a poster about a dangerous fish called the stone fish. For me I made a wanted poster about putting a one million dollar bounty on it. I also put a lot of warnings on it, I wonder who will take on the danger and arrive with the reward.
For this SLJ step it up activity I made an irregular tessellation. A irregular tessellation is when you fill the background with a 2d shape and filling the gaps with another shape but it still makes a pattern. I used circles and diamonds for this one. It was really fun.
For this summer learning Journey activity we had to create tessellation art. Tessellation art is when you put the same shapes together to make a pattern. If the pattern has 2 kinds of shapes that fit it is called irregular tessellation.
Task Description: for this Summer Learning Journey activity we had to design a surf board. I borrowed a template and changed it a little differently. Its still kind of the same surf board it once was but with a couple changes.
For this Summer learning journey activity we had to create a bug using different types of shapes. My bug was based of a caterpillar, I used a oval for the body a circle for the eyes and head, then used curved parts for the legs and antenna. This task was easy and fun to do.

I tried to make a replica of this mini submarine so kids could go down to see all the amazing things that the ocean has instore for you.
Task Description: For this summer learning journey task we had to design a Logo that we would put on a T-Shirt. This I the logo that I created I would to give credit for the people that made the pictures. I call it the Red Skull.
